Gotta Sleep Mattress Return Policy

 

Here's some stuff our Lawyers make us say:

Once your new mattress has been delivered, you'll have a 101 night free trial (from the date of delivery). If during your free trial you find your Mattress isn't the right fit, we’ll provide you with a full refund.

To initiate a return, call our Customer Support team at 844-999-0591. Once we  confirm refund eligibility, a specialist from our team will help facilitate the process. To be eligible for a return, you must start the refund process before the 101-night free trial period ends, and the mattress must be clean and undamaged. 

Shipping

Free shipping to all 10 Canadian provinces. There’s a non-refundable shipping surcharge to the Canadian Territories.

Damaged Mattresses

If your mattress arrives damaged, please e-mail our Gotta Sleep Support Team or call us within 24 hours of  delivery, and they’ll be happy to assist you

Adjustment Period

Your new mattress will sleep differently than your current mattress, and for some an adjustment period is necessary to give your spine and body time to adjust to more support.

Our mattresses contain memory foam. Memory foam reduces sleep interruptions, by eliminating motion transfer when sleeping with a partner. It also takes pressure off body pressure points such as shoulders ribs, elbows, hips and knees. Joint pressure points that are subject to sport injuries and arthritis. The result is less pain that can keep you up at night. 

To ensure that you’re giving your mattress the opportunity to provide you with a better, cooler, healthier sleep experience, we ask that you sleep on it for a minimum of 30 nights. After 30 nights, if you’re not satisfied, we will be more than happy to provide a refund. 

One Free Trial Refund Per Customer

Each customer is eligible for one free trial refund mattress. A customer is anyone who has placed an order using the same name, credit/debit card, email, and shipping address. We do not consider competitor and review site purchasers as true customers, and therefore these purchasers do not qualify for our 101 Night Free Trial Refund.Once a customer has made a return within their free trial period, they’re not eligible for another free trial. 

How to get a Refund

What sets us apart from other online mattress retailers, is that we do not repackage, resell returns, or dispose of returns in local landfills. We strive to donate returned mattresses to someone in need.

To start the refund process, we ask that you contact a local charity, foundation, or not for profit group in need and then call us with their name. Gotta Sleep will then contact the group to confirm they can issue a donation receipt. After this is complete, we will schedule the pickup of your mattress. Once pickup is confirmed, we will immediately issue you with a full refund of the mattress purchase price, plus appropriate taxes.

Thanks for helping us do our part in ensuring that a refunded mattress goes to someone in need. If at any point, you need help finding a group in need, please contact us.

How long does it take to get a Refund?

Your refund will be processed back onto the original credit/debit card used for the purchase. Funds are typically posted by your bank within 3-5 business days of our verifying mattress pickup.

Pillow Return Policy

Pillows DO NOT qualify for our 101 day free trial period. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return pillows.

To be eligible for a refund, pillows must be returned in their original unopened packaging. Inbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Bedding Return Policy

All bedding products including sheets, weighted blankets, pillow protectors, mattress protectors, duvets, and duvet covers DO NOT qualify for our 101 day free trial period. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return bedding.

To be eligible for a refund, bedding must be returned in it's original unopened packaging. Inbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Adjustable Beds and Bed Frames Return Policy

Adjustable beds and bed frames DO NOT qualify for our 101 day free trial period. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return adjustable beds or bed frames.

To be eligible for a refund, adjustable beds or bed frames must be returned in their original unopened packaging. Inbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

To return an adjustable bed or bed frame, call us at 844-999-0591 or e-mail support@gottasleep.com.

Terms and Conditions May Change

You agree that Gotta Sleep may at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our website and resources for any reason, including, without limitations, breach of this User Agreement.

If we change terms and they’re material, we’ll notify you by email or post a notice on our site before the changes go into effect. The notice will designate a reasonable amount of time (the “Notice Period”) after which the new terms will go into effect for all user

Any suspected illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension / termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.
