WE ARE GOTTA SLEEP

Gotta Sleep was founded by a team of 21 mattress and technology investors in 2019.

The leadership team has founded over 20 technology and mattress companies in Alberta, Canada and are well versed in designing amazing mattresses (47 years) and leveraging technology to improve efficiency.

Each Gotta Sleep mattress offers a better, more restful sleep.

Our mattresses are made by Canadians, for Canadians in Toronto, Ontario and Calgary, Alberta.

The first mattress designed by the team is the OMG Mattress which came to be after 15 versions and cross industry research. 

A great sleep is on the way with moisture wicking fibre, cooling graphite, gel memory foam, and plant-based foams.

FOUNDERS

ERIC BUCHFINK

Eric has been in the mattress industry for 48 years.  In 1994, he founded Mattress Mattress which is a mattress retail chain across Alberta and British Columbia.  Eric is a legend in the mattress industry and in 2018 put together the Gotta Sleep team.

JESSE TUTT

Jesse is an IT leader (18 years).  Jesse created the software which runs the Mattress Mattress group of companies, founded one of the largest virtual tour providers in Alberta, and is the CEO of Gotta Sleep.  Jesse has spoke internationally at eHealth, Tableau Conference 2018 (https://bit.ly/2I3NXzg), CIO Calgary Summit, DAMA, DMC Conference, etc. and has been featured on Global TV, Shaw TV, Breakfast TV, Readers Digest, the Edmonton Journal, Fortune Managazine, Red Deer Advocate, Metro Magazine, St. Albert Gazette, Maclean’s Magazine, and NAIT Techlife Magazine.

ALLEN ELIUK

Allen is an experienced mattress industry expert who has been a manager for many years in the mattress industry. Allen is an expert in supply management and mattress design.

MATT FECHO

Matt grew up in the mattress industry since he was a child and is one of the leaders of the Mattress Mattress chain.  He is an expert in mattress design and operations.
