What is Gotta Sleep doing?
The manufacturing plants in Toronto and Calgary have instituted increased hand-washing and wipe-down procedures and implemented work-from-home policies where possible in alignment with the guidelines provided by the Canadian Government. Minimal human contact is involved in the manufacturing process. Our mattresses are vacuum-sealed in plastic prior to shipping, and contact-less delivery is typical. The 101-night Trial gives you a safe space to decide on whether your new mattress meets your needs.
Will I experience any shipping delays?
In view of the current situation caused by COVID-19, please know that our shippings and deliveries on sleep products are seeing slight delays.
Mattress deliveries are seeing major delays due to shortages in materials and staffing challenges.

What are the risks of accepting deliveries to my home?
The World Health Organization is indicating that the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.
Why does Gotta Sleep use contact-less delivery?
Contact-less delivery is safer for both our customers and our delivery agents. We do not require your signature for delivery and upon delivery, you do not need to come to the door to accept the package. Your order will be left at your front door
